My Requests

AdminStudio 2025 | 29.0 | Application Manager

Edition:Application Manager is included with AdminStudio Professional and Enterprise Editions.

The My Requests page contains option to monitor and manage your submitted package requests, including tracking progress with real-time status updates.

Important:The My Requests feature will be enabled only if the Package Feed license is activated and connected to the catalog.

To manage package requests:

1. Click Support tab on the Application Manager ribbon.
2. Select My Requests button. The My Requests page appears on the screen.
3. Click New Request to add new package request.

The New Package Request wizard appears. Fill the form as described in New Package Request Wizard.

4. After filling the form, click Submit button.
5. Click OK and confirm the popup to submit the request. Upon clicking the OK button, the request will be received by Flexera.
6. You can view the latest status of the request under My Requests page, with the ability to track their progress through real-time status updates.

Description

Submitted

Indicates that the package request has been created and submitted for review.

In Progress

The package request is currently being processed or is awaiting further action.

Done

The package request has been completed and is marked as closed.

Rejected

The package request has been closed and will not be implemented.
