Step 5: Use AdminStudio to Test Applications

You can tests applications in the AdminStudio Application Catalog for operating system compatibility, virtualization compatibility, and remote publishing compatibility.

If those tested applications have an associated Flexera ID, the test status of those three tests categories will be displayed in Rationalization Manager on the Analyze Applications page and on the Step 2: Select Actions to Rationalize Applications panel of the Rationalization Wizard. You can use the package status to determine what action to take for each tested application.

In order for test results to be displayed for an application in Rationalization Manager, the application must be deployed at your enterprise, it must be imported in the AdminStudio Application Catalog, and it must have a Flexera ID. For more information, see the following help topics:
