Managing Workflow Status

Workflow steps allow the customization of the status regarding the workflow process. You customize status on the Site Management > Workflow Status view.

Workflow Status

You can create your own workflow status to convey the progress, state, or otherwise identify what is happening at the particular workflow step.

To create a workflow status:

1. Under Site Management select Workflow Status. The Workflow Status view opens.
2. Click Add Status. The Create New Status dialog box opens.

3. In the Status Name field, enter a name to identify this new status.
4. In the Status Description field, enter a description of the meaning of this status.
5. From the Status Icon list, select an icon that will indicate this new status in the App Portal user interface.
