The SLA Dashboard lists statistics on deployment progress in the following categories:

Catalog Breakdown Area
The Catalog Breakdown area lists the percentage of catalog items that are awaiting outside action:

You can click on any of the cards to view a list of the requests that fall into that category.
Viewing the SLA Dashboard
To view the SLA Dashboard, perform the following steps.
To view the SLA Dashboard:
|1.||Set your desired dashboard options, as described in Setting Global Dashboard Options.|
|2.||Open the Dashboard tab and select SLA Dashboard.|
|3.||Choose time frame you would like to view statistics for by making selections from the Start Date and End Date lists, and then click Apply.|
|4.||Click on any of the cards to view a list of the requests that fall into that category.|
