Publishing the Flexera Software Package System (SPS) and Vendor Patch Module Patches

This is a new and quick way for non-IE browsers to publish patches from SVM to an end-point management system with no dependency on ActiveX. QuickPatch publishes patches to end-point management system via Patch Publisher using defaults (no customizations).

To do so, right click on any SPS template or VPM patch and select Publish with QuickPatch from the context menu and follow the steps as mentioned in QuickPatch.

In the Patch Publisher:

Flexera Software Package System (SPS)/ Vendor Patch Module Patches—Right click on any SPS/VPM patch and select Create Update Package from the context menu and follow the steps as mentioned in Create Patch Wizard.

SPS Template—Right click on any SPS Template and select Publish/Edit Template from the context menu and follow the steps as mentioned in Create Patch Wizard.
