Accepting Invitations to Flexera One
Your organization is granted initial access to Flexera One by the Flexera team. At that point an email invitation is sent from orders@flexerasoftware.com. Or, if one of your local administrators grants access to components in Flexera One, the email invitation is sent from one of the following based on the server location of your account:

Note:If the email is not in the recipient's inbox, check the Junk Email folder or perform a keyword search for 'welcome' or 'Flexera' in your emails.
Important:Only admin users can send account invitations.
The steps for accepting a Flexera One invitation differ for new users and existing users. Follow the instructions that correspond to your user account:
Accepting Invitations as a New User
If you are new to Flexera One, follow the instructions below to accept your invitation.
To accept the account invitation as a new user:

Click the Accept Invite link in the email. The Flexera One New User form appears. |

2.

Enter your First Name and Last Name, and create a password using the Password and Confirm Password fields. |
|
3.
|
Click Create Your Account. The Flexera One login page appears. |
When you log in, the invitation is automatically accepted, and you can start working in Flexera One.
Accepting Invitations as an Existing User
If you are an existing Flexera One user with a new invitation, follow the instructions below to accept the new invitation.
To accept the account invitation as an existing user:

Click the Accept Invite link in the email. The Flexera One login page appears. |

If you are not automatically redirected to the My Invitations page, click the user profile icon and select User Settings. The My Invitations page appears. |

4.

Click the check mark in the Actions column to accept the invite. The Confirm Invitation dialog box opens. |

5.
|
Click Accept to accept the invitation. |
