Ignored Applications Page

This page lists only applications with the Ignored status. These are applications that you do not intend to manage as software assets (for example, shareware that you permit, but choose not to manage closely). However, these applications may still be licensable, and they are not exempt from license consumption calculations.

Create a new application record for something discovered in your enterprise

Create a license for any application selected from the list

Change the management status of any selected application(s)

See Changing the Status of an Application.

Navigate to the properties of an application, either by clicking its name in the listing, or by selecting it and clicking Open

See Application Properties.

Delete a Local application record

Resolve cases where the evidence for multiple applications overlaps

Note:Most lists in IT Asset Management only show a selection of the properties in the underlying database. Some columns are displayed by default and others can be displayed using the column chooser control, including any custom properties that you have added.
