Asset Lease Expiry Page

On the Asset Lease Expiry page, you can view those assets whose lease is either already overdue or will soon expire (Hardware > Hardware Expiry > Asset Lease Expiry).

An asset is displayed on this page when its lease has expired, or it is about to expire. You can use the Expiring within the next drop-down list to narrow down your search. To do that, select a value such as 7 days, 30 days, Overdue, and so on.

To further limit your search results, click Add filter, and select, for example, Asset type and its value, and click:

Note:Most lists in IT Asset Management only show a selection of the properties in the underlying database. Some columns are displayed by default and others can be displayed using the column chooser control, including any custom properties that you have added. For information on using the column chooser, see Managing Columns in a Table.
