Expiry Date

The date, usually specified within the contract itself, when the terms and conditions of the contract cease to apply.

Tip:This field is disabled if the Evergreen field has been set to Yes.

For contracts that are not evergreen, enter the date on which the terms of the contract end, or click the calendar icon at the right end of this field to select a date from a calendar.

As the expiry date approaches, a few changes may automatically occur:

If this contract is linked to a license, the license is included on the License Contract Expiry list

•

If this is a lease contract that is linked to an asset, the asset is included on the Asset Lease Expiry list

•

The contract itself is included in the Contract Expiry list (Procurement > Contracts & Payments > Contract Expiry).
