Required Minimum Permissions for BlueJeans Video Communications

Administrator-level access is required to create the OAuth Client.

BlueJeans Video Communications Authentication Method

The required authentication method is OAuth 2.0 With Client Grant Type. For more information, see BlueJeans’ documentation topic, Authentication Methods for BlueJeans Meetings API Endpoints.

Required BlueJeans Video Communications Credentials

The following credentials are required:

App Key
App Secret.

Integrating BlueJeans Video Communications With SaaS Management

Complete the following steps to integrate BlueJeans Video Communications with SaaS Management.

To integrate BlueJeans Video Communications with SaaS Management:

1. Add the BlueJeans application in SaaS Management. For more information, see Adding an Application.
2. Sign in to the Bluejeans portal as an Administrator.
3. Go to Admin and underneath Admin click the OAuth Access tab.
4. Click the Add New App button. The Create App page opens.
5. On the Create App page:
a. Enter the application Name, Description, and App Key.
b. Click Save to generate the App Secret.
6. From the OAuth Access tab, copy and paste the BlueJeans App Key and App Secret values in SaaS Management.
7. Click Authorize.
