Required Minimum Permissions for Bugsnag

Administrator-level access is required to integrate Bugsnag with [ProductName].

Bugsnag Authentication Method

Token Based is the required authentication method. For more information, see Bugsnag’s documentation topic, Authentication.

Required Bugsnag Credentials

Personal auth tokens are required.

Integrating Bugsnag With SaaS Management

Complete the following task to generate a Bugsnag API personal auth token, which will be copied and pasted into SaaS Management to enable the integration.

To integrate Bugsnag with SaaS Management:

1. Add the Bugsnag application in SaaS Management. For more information, see Adding an Application.
2. Sign in to the Bugsnag console with your Administrator credentials.
3. Go to the Settings menu and complete the following steps:
a. Click My account settings.
b. Click the Personal auth tokens link.
c. Click Generate New Token. The Generate new auth token dialog box opens.
4. In the Generate new auth token dialog box:
a. Enter a Token description.
b. Select an Organization or create an organization, if you have not already, for your Bugsnag account.
c. Click the Generate button. The Auth token generated dialog box opens.
5. In the Auth token generated dialog box:
a. Copy and save the generated Auth token to a file.
b. Click Done.
6. Paste the copied Bugsnag Auth token into SaaS Management.
7. In SaaS Management, click Authorize.
