Exiting FSM Data Ingestion Utility

The Default or Advanced installation method selected in Installing FSM Data Ingestion Utility affects the execution of the scheduled job run when you exit the FSM Data Ingestion Utility. For details, see the following tables.

The Confirm Exit Application dialog box displays:

Are you sure you want to exit the application? Exiting the application will cancel all scheduled jobs. 

The scheduled job will not run.

Clicking the X in the upper-right corner of FSM Data Ingestion Utility

None

Clicking the X in the upper-right corner does not restrict the scheduled job run. FSM Data Ingestion Utility runs in the background and is still open in the Windows taskbar.
