Integrating Lucidchart With SaaS Management

Complete the following steps to integrate Lucidchart with SaaS Management.

To integrate Lucidchart with SaaS Management:

1. To ensure automatic team upgrades are enabled in Lucidchart, use the role of Account Owner or Billing Admin. Then go to Team and click Licensing.
2. Ensure SCIM has been enabled for your account. If SCIM is not enabled, contact your Lucidchart Customer Success Manager.
3. Ensure that auto-upgrade is enabled in your Licensing settings. If this setting is not enabled, you will be unable to generate a SCIM bearer token to configure SCIM.

Note: To generate a token you must be a team admin.

4. To generate a SCIM bearer token, go to Team, click App Integration, and then click SCIM. This SCIM bearer token is used to authenticate your requests.
5. After generating a SCIM bearer token, turn off the auto-upgrade setting to prevent unwanted licensing during the configuration process.
6. Add the SCIM bearer token to your SCIM provider. For more information, see your SCIM provider’s documentation. Following are some SCIM providers’ documentation links.
