Users Tab for ServiceNow Licensing OAuth2

The following table describes the Users tab columns unique to ServiceNow. For a description of Users tab columns used by all SaaS applications managed by SaaS Management, see the Users Tab.

Users Tab Column

Description

User ID

Note:By default, this is a static column and will remain frozen and visible when other columns are adjusted or pinned.

Users Slideout 

Clicking a User ID link opens the user’s slideout.

In addition to the users slideout features referenced in the Users Tab help section, this ServiceNow integration includes the following user information separated by commas:

Applications 
Role Types 
OOB Roles 
Custom Roles.

Clicking the Applications link opens the selected application in the Applications tab.

At the bottom of the user’s slideout is an Application Actions History table. For each assigned Application, the Action type is tracked by Last Action Date. Clicking the Applications link opens the selected application in the Applications tab.

Applications

Displays the count of Applications entitled to users based on their role assignment.

Role Types

Displays the ServiceNow role type assigned to the user.

Note:A user may have several repeating role types. Example: Approver, Approver, Fulfiller, Approver, Fulfiller. SaaS Management only displays the unique role types. Using the previous example, SaaS Management only displays Approver, Fulfiller.

OOB Roles

Displays the total number of out of the box (OOB) ServiceNow roles assigned to the user. These OOB roles are already available in the ServiceNow platform and are categorized as base system roles, special administrative roles, and the read-only role.

Custom Roles

Displays the total number of custom ServiceNow roles assigned to the user.

Web Services User?

A web services user accesses ServiceNow using API only to test or access endpoints of integrations. This column displays either Yes or No.

Account Created Date

Displays the month, day, and year the user’s ServiceNow account record was submitted and created on the ServiceNow server.
