Audit log: Reference

You only have access to the functionality described in this information if you are entitled to use Flexera One SaaS Management and have the System administrator role, or a custom role which has the related permissions included in this default role, assigned to you in Roles in Flexera One SaaS Management Settings.

Field	Description
Activity	The action type logged.
Auxiliary data	Additional data on the activity completed. If a dash (-) appears, there is no auxiliary data for an activity.
Date	The date and time when an activity occurred. The time is shown in your local browser-based time zone.
Event	A description of the activity completed.
External access	This column only appears if you are a customer. If an authorized external user has accessed your Flexera One SaaS Management product and completed an activity, the partner's domain, or the Flexera One region appears. If a dash (-) appears, the activity was completed by one of your users. Their name appears in the User name column. For more information on External access, see External access. Note: If you are a partner user, this information only applies for your customers if you have access to the Snow Atlas Partner Service Layer.
IP address	The IP address of the user or application that completed the activity.
Resource ID	The ID of the user or entity affected by the activity, for example, the ID of the user who is added, or the role that is changed.
Resource name	The name of the user or entity affected by the activity, for example, the name of the user who is added, or the role that is changed.
Source	The application that the log entry for the activity originated from.
User ID	The ID of the user or application that completed the activity.
User name	The name of the user or application that completed the activity. If a user ID appears, the user who completed that activity is deactivated.
