Flexera One SaaS Management settings

In Flexera One SaaS Management Settings, administrators are provided with advanced administration capabilities and control of Flexera One SaaS Management settings for their organization.

First steps for the first user of Flexera One SaaS Management

As the first user to sign in to your organization's Flexera One SaaS Management product, there are some steps that you need to take, and you must have the Flexera One role Manage organization.

You will receive an invitation email from Snow Software, which provides you with a link to activate your account. It is optional for you to activate your account, and sign in to Snow Atlas, and not a requirement to be able to manage the Flexera One SaaS Management settings.

If you want to sign in to Snow Atlas, it is important that the recipient of this email signs in to Snow Atlas within the time frame specified in the email. If you do not sign in within that time frame, you must contact your Flexera representative to request a new invitation.

  1. In the invitation email, select Continue to Snow.

    If the Continue to Snow button does not bring you to Snow Atlas, copy the link provided and paste it in to your browser to navigate to your Snow Atlas sign in page.

  2. In Reset your password, create a password for your Snow Atlas account, and select Reset password.

    Passwords must be eight characters or more, and contain at least one digit, an uppercase, a lowercase, and a special character.

  3. When you get confirmation that your password has been reset, select Return to sign in.

  4. Enter your password, and select Sign in.

  5. When prompted, review and agree to the relevant clickthrough customer agreement, and then select I accept. If you do not agree to and accept the customer agreement, you cannot sign in to Snow Atlas.

  6. Enter your first name and last name, and then select Confirm.

As the first user in your organization's Snow Atlas system, you have the Snow Atlas System administrator role.

Invite users to Flexera One SaaS Management

For any user that you invite to access Flexera One SaaS Management, the following steps are required.

  1. The user must first have access to Flexera One. For information on how to invite users to Flexera One in Administration > Identity Management > User Management or Invitations, see Adding New Users.

  2. The user must have the Flexera One role Flexera One SaaS Management access. For information on assigning Flexera One roles in Administration > Identity Management > User Management, see Flexera One Roles.

  3. Invite your colleagues to Flexera One SaaS Management from Administration > Flexera One SaaS Management Settings > Users, and assign at least one Flexera One SaaS Management role to each user. For information on how to invite users to Flexera One SaaS Management, see Manage users.

    Ensure that you assign the Administrator role to the relevant users so that the applications that your organization is entitled to are visible for those users.
