ServiceNow OAuth2 integration updates

The following sections were updated in the ServiceNow OAuth2 integration instructions.

For the Application Access integration task, the Username field was added.
The description for the user_admin user role was updated and includes a reference to the Base System Roles section of the ServiceNow product documentation. The Application Roster and Application Access integration tasks also require the user_admin role permissions.

This section was revised to clarify user credentials. You need to enter the Username and Password of the ServiceNow user with privileges as outlined in the Minimum Permissions Required.
