License Server Management Permissions
All FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications users can view information on any page of the interface, update the status of license servers, and configure and generate usage reports. However, permissions govern whether a user can manage and configure license servers and vendor daemons, edit license files, edit options files, and free licenses that are in use.

Enables a user to modify settings for all license manager daemons, as well as start and stop license servers using FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications. This permission does not enable a user to modify settings for vendor daemons. |

Enables a user to modify settings for all vendor daemons, as well as start and stop vendor daemons through FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications. This permission does not enable a user to modify settings for license manager daemons or start and stop license servers. |

Enables a user to add license certificates to an existing license file or remove inactive licenses using FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications. |

Enables a user to free licenses through FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications, if the license server has been configured to allow licenses to be freed. |

Enables a user to add and remove options from existing options files through FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications for all vendor daemons. |

Manage Agents |
Enables a user to remove a FlexNet Agent from FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications management using the Agent Summary page. |
View Not Recognizable License Servers and Vendor Daemons |
Without this permission, users cannot view the Not Recognizable subtab under the Servers tab. |
View and Manage Not Recognizable License Servers and Vendor Daemons |
Enables users to use the functionality available from the Not Recognizable subtab under the Servers tab. In addition, the user can remove license servers and vendor daemons that are no longer recognized by FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications. |
Enables a user to view, add, edit, and remove license server administrative sets. |

Enables a user to edit agent access rights using the Edit Agent Access Rights page. |

View LUM Servers |
View the LUM Servers page, which lists all of the LUM servers in your environment. |
View and Manage LUM Servers |
View the LUM Servers page, and add LUM servers using the New LUM Server button. |
View and Manage Third-Party License Servers |
Create, view, and manage third-party licensing templates, and third-party license servers. |
