Basic Planning Process for Renewals and Remixes

The basic process for planning remixes and renewals using FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications is:

1.

Add a plan to define the renewal or remix parameters, and select the contract pools to be remixed.

2.

Using the View Plan (Renewal/Remix) page, specify any additional quantities or buffer percentages for the products in the contract pools included in the plan.

3.

View the usage trend analysis, as shown by the Product Peak Usage Trend report.

4.

Override any of the quantities suggested using the View Plan (Renewal/Remix) page.

5.

Complete the remix.
