Adding Tiers Using the Add Tier page
You can manually create tiers using the Add Tier page in the FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications user interface.
The lists of vendors and features displayed in the Add Tier page are populated after aggregation has been run.
To add a tier using the Add Tier page:

From the Reporting tab, under Tiers, click Create Tier to display the Add Tier page. |

In the Tier Name field, type a unique name for this tier. |

In the Cost field, type an optional cost. This must be an integer. |

In the Step 1 box, select one or more vendor daemons to display their features in the Step 2 box on the right. To select multiple vendor daemons, hold down the Ctrl key while selecting vendor daemon names. |
After you have selected the vendor daemons, click the arrow key to display the vendor daemons’ features. You can add features from different vendor daemons to the same tier.

In the Step 2 box, select the features that you want to add to the tier. Features that appear in gray text belong to another tier and cannot be selected. (A feature can belong to only one tier.) To select multiple features, hold down the Ctrl key while selecting feature names. |

After you have selected the features that you want to add to the tier, click Add to Tier. |

Click Save. The tier now appears in the Tiers list. |
