Additional Infrequent Users

The number of end-users who, although they cannot appear in inventory, are included in compliance calculations as infrequent users of the licensed software.

Enter, or spin up, the raw number of infrequent users that cannot appear in inventory. In compliance calculations, this raw number is 'discounted' by a multiplying factor. This is the multiplying factor you entered in the Infrequent user field in the Normal user equivalents group above.

Tip: If a particular end-user may appear in inventory, do not count them here, but instead identify their User type in the list of license consumption below (if necessary using an allocation counted as installed if necessary to cover any temporary absence from the inventory record).
