Workflow Manager 2013 R2
A policy document is a file associated with a project which is centrally available to all people involved. Examples of relevant policy documents include contracts, company procedures for completing tasks related to a workflow, and the like.
You can manage the policy documents associated with your project by opening the Policy Documents for projectName page. You can access this page by opening the Project Details page for your project (see Project Details Page for more information), then clicking the Add/Edit Policy Documents hyperlink.
Use this page to:
• | Drill through to a page showing the details of a single policy document, where you may update (see Updating the Details of a Policy Document) or unlink (see Unlinking an Existing Policy Document) that document |
• | Associate a new policy document with your project (see Associating a New Policy Document With a Project). |
The following fields are visible on the Policy Documents page:

Policy Document Name |
The name of the policy document file on your Workflow Manager file server. |
Document UNC Path |
The location of your policy document, relative to the wwwroot subfolder of the Workflow Manager install directory. |
