Workflow Manager 2014

The Company/Business Unit Details page allows you to view and update the details of an individual company. Different fields are available depending on whether you are viewing one of the two default companies, and whether you are viewing an administrator or consumer company. Also use this page to remove an existing company which is no longer required.

This page is opened by selecting a Company on the Company/Business Unit Administration Page or by clicking Add to create a new Company.

Company/Business Unit Details Page Options

Option

Description

Company/Business Unit Name

A unique name for the company.

Company ID

An optional identifier for the company. This could be a department number, or an identifier in your CRM software.

Location

A zone or location associated with your company (such as Chicago or Zone 1, for example).

My Page URL

Customize your home page by displaying a custom page in the bottom right panel of the administrator Home page or the top right panel of the consumer Home page. Enter the URL of the custom web page here. See Displaying a Custom Web Page on the Home Page for more information.

Upload Logo

Use this field to upload a logo to display at the top of the navigation bar. See Changing the Navigation Bar Logo for further details.

This is a Workflow Administrator Company

This read-only check box is only available when editing existing companies, or if you are logged in with the suams account and are creating a new company. If checked, the company is a workflow administrator. All companies that you create will be consumer companies, so will have this field unchecked.

Is a Workflow Family Owner?

This field is only available for workflow administrator companies. If checked, only this company may create new workflow families for projects that it administers. If unchecked, both this company and the consumer companies it services can create families.

Workflow Families

This field is only available when editing a manually created workflow consumer company. Use it to create a set of workflow families to group workflow requests associated with this company into. To create a new workflow family, click the Add Family link to open the Create Workflow Family dialog box. Every family you create will be listed in the multi-line text box. Select one or more families from the text field and click the Delete Families hyperlink to remove them from this list.
