Opening a Workflow Request’s Workflow Progress Page

Workflow Manager 6.0

The progress of a workflow request is displayed on a tab of the workflow request’s Workflow Progress page. This page is reached differently, depending on whether you are a workflow consumer or administrator.

Consumers

Consumer should perform the following steps to view the progress of a workflow request.

To view the progress of a workflow request (consumers):

1. On the consumer Home page, click View Workflow Request List in the Actions menu. The All Workflow(s) page opens. See All Workflows(s)/Workflow Search Page for more information.
2. Locate the workflow request you want to view. For details about sorting or filtering the workflow list, see Using List Features.
3. Click the Select hyperlink to the left of your chosen workflow. The Workflow Progress page opens for your chosen workflow, with the Data Entry tab selected. The Workflow Progress page opens. See Workflow Progress Page (Consumer) for more information.
4. Select the Workflow tab.

Administrators

Administrators should perform the following steps to view the progress of a workflow request.

To view the progress of a workflow request (administrators):

1. On the administrator Home page, click the View Project List link in the Actions menu. The All Projects page opens. See All Projects Page for more information.
2. Locate the project containing the workflow request you want to copy. For details about sorting or filtering the project list, see Using List Features.
3. Click the Select hyperlink to the left of your chosen project. The Project Summary page opens. See Project Summary Page for more information.
4. Click the Select hyperlink to the left of your chosen workflow request. The Workflow Progress page opens for that workflow request, with the relevant Workflow Progress tab already selected. See Workflow Progress Page (Administrator) for more information.
