Project Permission and Notification Settings Page

Each time a new project is created, it is automatically configured with the permission and email notification settings defined on the Notification tab of the Template Details page of its associated workflow template, as described in Permission and Notification Tabs of Template Details Page.

However, you can customize the email settings for each project on the Project Permissions and Notification Settings page. The email settings defined on this page serve as the default email settings for all workflow requests created for that project.

On the Project Permission and Notification Settings page, you can assign role permissions and email notification settings to either to individual workflow steps or to an entire workflow phase. You can also set permissions on data groups and data elements.

Each workflow phase and data group is listed in the tree control on the left. If you expand the listing, the all of the data elements/workflow steps in each workflow phase/data group are also listed. Different fields are displayed on this page depending upon whether you are setting project permission options or are setting project email notification options, as described in the following topics:
