Workflow Manager 6.5
The All Projects page, which is opened when a workflow administrator clicks View Project List on the Actions menu of the Home page, displays a list of the projects for all of their consumers.
Use the All Projects page to:
• | Drill through to a page listing all of this project’s workflow requests on the Project Summary Page. |
• | Quickly review the statistics of each project, including the number of workflow requests associated with it, the number of workflow requests currently in progress, and so on. |
The All Projects page lists the following project details:
Option |
Description |
Project Name |
A short description of the project. |
Total Workflows |
The number of workflow requests created for this project. |
In Entry |
The number of workflow requests associated with this project which are currently in a data entry phase. |
In Progress |
The number of workflow requests associated with this project which are in a standard work phase, meaning workflow administrators are actively involved in completing them. |
In Acceptance |
The number of workflow requests associated with this project which are awaiting customer acceptance. |
In Final |
The number of workflow requests associated with this project which are in their final administrative phase. |
Completed |
The number of workflow requests which have been completed. |
Start Date |
The date this projected was started. |
End Date |
The date this project was or is due to be completed. |
Consumer Name |
The name of the consumer company associated with this project. |
Note: To open the Assignments page, click the View Assignments link in the Actions menu. The Assignments page displays (depending upon your assigned roles) either a listing of all of the requests that you are currently assigned to that have phases which are in progress or a listing of who is assigned to all requests.
