Workflow Manager 6.5
To review the accounts assigned to your company’s workflow requests, perform the following steps:
To view a list of workflow request assignments:
1. | On the administrator Home page, click the View Assignments by Account link in the Actions list. The Working Queue View page opens, and lists all of the assignments that have been made for all projects and all workflow requests at your company, and at your consumer companies. See Working Queue View Page for more information. |
Note: If you do not have permission to view assignments for all accounts, you will only see a list of workflow requests assigned to you.
Note: Unassigned workflow requests are not listed on this page. If a workflow request is assigned to multiple accounts, there will be multiple records listed for that request, one for each account.
2. | To more easily view assignments by account name, right-click the Account Name column header and then select Group By This Field. See Using List Features for more information. |
3. | To update the account assigned to a workflow request, locate it in the grid and click its Select hyperlink. The Assignment Details page will open for that workflow request, and you may make changes as described in Assigning People to Workflow Requests. |
