The following sections describe features and changes new in Flexera Integration app v5.0.8.

IT Visibility and Data Platform Integration Enhancements

Flexera Integration app v5.0.8 provides the following enhancements:

Added IRE compatibility. Data from the Flexera Integration scoped app can now be processed by the ServiceNow IRE rules. For more information, see ServiceNow Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) Rule.

Added option to process all hardware data from Data Platform. For more information, see Processing All Hardware Data from Data Platform.

•

Improved ServiceNow transform processing performance for Data Platform integration.

Important:Data Platform 5.5.50 or later is required to enable this enhancement.

Added the option to not populate the x_fls_flexera_fnms_normalized_software_instances custom table when the native table is enabled.

Note:The native table is enabled by setting the Integrate Flexera Models/Installations in ServiceNow Native tables option is to Yes on the Integration Properties page. For complete steps, see Configuration to Reduce Processing Time.

IT Asset Management and FlexNet Manager Suite Integration

There are no Flexera One IT Asset Management or FlexNet Manager Suite On Premises-related change in this release.

Resolved Issues
