Creating the Import Connection
The following instructions guide you through setting up the import connection, which the integration connection required to import data from Flexera One into Service now. Complete these steps if you are looking to have data brought into ServiceNow from Flexera One.
To get prepared for the next step of creating the connection setup you will need to have the following two pieces of information from Flexera One:
• | Refresh Token |
• | Flexera One Organization ID |
To obtain a refresh token from Flexera One
1. | In a new web browser window, go to Flexera One. |
2. | Click on the user profile icon, select User Settings. |
3. | Click API Credentials. |
4. | Click Create API Refresh Token. |
5. | Copy the refresh token and keep for use in creating the connection setup step. |
Your Flexera One Organization ID is visible in the URL address bar of your browser window when you are logged in to Flexera One. It will be the number immediately following the /orgs/ portion of the URL. For example, in the following URL, the Flexera One Organization ID is 28010.
