Site Feedback
App Portal 2020 R1
You can enable a site feedback widget for your App Portal site so that users can report feedback or problems. Users are able to select whether they have feedback or are experiencing a problem, and can also specify which site module that their feedback pertains to. On the Site Feedback view, you can enable or disable the Site Feedback widget, and view feedback that was submitted.
Communication > Site Feedback View
On the Site Feedback view, the following properties are displayed:

User name of person who submitted the issue. |

Machine |
Machine name from which the issue was submitted. |

Report |
Identifies this issue as either a Problem or Feedback. |

Identifies the status of the issue as one of the following:

Module |
App Portal module selected when the issue was submitted. |

Number of files uploaded with this feedback issue. |

Date and time that the issue was submitted. |

Turn on Site Feedback Turn Off Site Feedback |
Click to toggle on/off the App Portal Site Feedback feature. When Site Feedback is on, the App Portal Feedback widget is displayed in the lower right corner of non-admin App Portal pages.

Click to open the Site Feedback Modules, where you can customize the list of modules listed in the Which site module? list on the Submit Feedback form. |
