All Licenses

The Licenses > License Management > All Licenses page provides a central point for managing your licenses. By default, this page displays all licenses, although you can filter the list to show fewer records.

Actions

From the All Licenses page, you can perform the following actions.

Action	Description
Create a new license	See Creating a License.
Inspect or edit a license	You can open the properties of a license to make changes or inspect more details See License Properties. Tip:You can select multiple licenses from the list and edit properties that they have in common, provided that the licenses you select are all of the same license type.
Delete a license	To delete a license, select the license in the listing, and click Delete.
Move purchased maintenance coverage from one license to another	You can move purchased maintenance coverage (and probably related license entitlements) from one license to another. See Moving Maintenance Between Licenses.

The Save view as feature of IT Asset Management enables you to create customized views of a page by saving the applied user interface settings. For more information, see Creating Saved Views.

Note:Most lists in IT Asset Management only show a selection of the properties in the underlying database. Some columns are displayed by default and others can be displayed using the column chooser control, including any custom properties that you have added. For information on using the column chooser, see Managing Columns in a Table.

Note:Any custom properties that you have added for this object are also available through the column chooser. Like other properties, you can also use these properties for filtering and grouping records on this page.
