Managing a Custom Report

Note: If you have already been upgraded to Technology Intelligence Platform, information in this section is applicable to you. With Technology Intelligence Platform, out-of-the-box IT Visibility dashboards are being replaced with new, enhanced IT Visibility Technology Intelligence Platform reports.

Important:The Manage custom reports role is required to manage a custom report. For complete descriptions of each role available in Flexera One, see Flexera One Roles.

You can manage a report by editing, renaming, duplicating, and deleting it by clicking the Manage button in the report.

To manage a custom report:

1. Go to the Dashboards page from one of the following menus:
Dashboards > Technology Intelligence Reports > Custom Reports
IT Visibility > Technology Intelligence Reports > Custom Reports

By default, reports are grouped by type, such as Hardware, Software, and Vulnerabilities.

2. Click the expand icon next to the group type to view the list of reports.
3. Click the name of the report you want to manage.

The selected report opens.

4. Click Manage in the upper-right corner of the page, and then select one of the following options:
Settings—To rename a custom report, see Renaming a Custom Report.
Duplicate—To duplicate a custom report, see Duplicating a Custom Report.
Delete—To delete a custom report, see Deleting a Custom Report.
Edit Mode—To edit a custom report, see Editing a Custom Report.
Share—To share a custom report with other Flexera One users, see Sharing a Custom Report.
