Customers Overview

Partners can manage multiple customers at scale, access customer details, and monitor system health (such as status of beacons) as part of their core capabilities. On the Customers Overview page, you can access a consolidated view of your customers. This page lists your managed customers and the customers who have granted you access to their Flexera One system. You can also view the details of each customer’s beacons to identify any issues that may require attention, and information on each customer’s entitlements with upcoming expiration details.

The following columns appear in the Customers Overview page:

Column

Description

Customer name

The name of the customer organization.

Organization ID

The unique organization ID assigned to the customer organization when created.

External ID

The ID entered for the customer organization.

Total Beacons

A link with the total number of FlexNet Beacons installed in the customer’s organization. When you click a hyperlink, the beacons details page opens. For more information, see Viewing Beacon Details.

Upcoming Expirations

A link with the expiration date of the capability that is the next to expire. When you click a link in this column, the Upcoming Expirations slideout opens, listing the customer’s Flexera One and Snow Atlas capabilities, and their expiration details. If a date is not shown, one of the following appears:

No expirations link when no expiration dates are available, or if the customer has at least one capability that expired less than 30 days ago.
No entitlements, which is not a link, when all of the customer’s capabilities expired more than 30 days ago.
A dash (-), which is not a link, if data is unavailable.

Expiration Status

The expiration status of the customer’s capabilities. The status can be Expired, Expires in 30 days, or Expires in 60 days. A dash (-) appears if the customer has capabilities that expired more than 30 days ago, and if all their active capabilities will expire in more than 60 days.

Note:Consider the following:

If the customer owns the system and maintains the commercial relationship with Flexera, the MSP or partner cannot add, edit, or delete customer details. The Add New Customer button on the Customer Overview page does not appear, and the MSP or partner has view-only access to customer details.
All customer organizations that are managed by an MSP are linked as child organizations to the MSP parent organization in Flexera One. For more information, see Managing Child Organizations.
You can only view the entitlements information for a customer in the Customers Overview page if you are an owner of that customer organization.
