As an MSP, you can resell Flexera products to your customers. Flexera provides you with unique and differentiating features to enable your customers with Flexera solutions as well as manage your customers at scale. With Flexera One, you can help your customers by:

Capabilities To Be Assigned to the MSPs
To function as an MSP, you must be granted the msp capability. The capabilities assigned to a parent organization enable those features in Flexera One. For more information on the Flexera One capabilities, see Capability on developer.flexera.com.
Role Requirements for the MSPs
The following roles are required for you to function as an MSP and effectively manage your customers:

Full access to all organization capabilities. This role is used for all actions that require an org-level administrator. For complete descriptions of each role available in Flexera One, see Flexera One Roles. |
Manage MSP Customers |
Full access to view, edit, and delete organizations on behalf of MSP customers. |
Manage cloud |
Full access to all features and functionality in Cloud Cost Optimization. This role has all available permissions relative to Flexera One Cloud Cost Optimization features within the organization. For complete descriptions of each role available in Flexera One, see Flexera One Roles. |
