Getting Started With Managed Service Provider Capabilities

A Managed Service Provider (MSP) is an intermediary organization that manages services for its end customers, often referred to as child organizations. MSPs charge customers for the services they offer, typically involving IT services, cloud services, and support, based on different pricing models.

As an MSP, you can resell Flexera products to your customers. Flexera provides you with unique and differentiating features to enable your customers with Flexera solutions as well as manage your customers at scale. With Flexera One, you can help your customers by:

Providing visibility into their IT ecosystems, enabling better-informed decisions, right-sizing technology assets, reallocating IT spend, reducing audit and security risks, and facilitating migration to the cloud.
Providing insights into the entirety of their technology estate and offering tools to support data-driven decision-making across on-premises, SaaS, and cloud environments.
Facilitating proactive management of costs, risks, and operational inefficiencies based on data-driven strategies.
