Managing SaaS Licenses

After Managing SaaS Applications, the next step is to import the SaaS application license information into the Licenses Tab .

To access the Licenses tab:

1.

Go to the Managed SaaS Applications page (SaaS > Managed SaaS Applications).

2.

Select the appropriate SaaS application’s instance link. The Overview tab opens by default.

3.

Go to the Licenses tab.

SaaS Management offers two methods for importing SaaS application license information into the Licenses tab.

Auto-Populated Managed SaaS Application License Information

Manually Importing License Information

Best Practice:Flexera recommends the following approach to import SaaS application license information into SaaS Management. First complete Auto-Populated Managed SaaS Application License Information. For any remaining license information, see Manually Importing License Information.

After importing SaaS application license information into the Licenses tab, click Save and proceed to Authorizing a SaaS Integration.
