Viewing Technopedia Reports

Technopedia reports are accessible within Flexera One by clicking on Technopedia in the Flexera One main navigation. You can also obtain drilldown details from these reports by right-clicking on a table row and selecting Drill through for more information.

The Technopedia build number is also listed and this information enables you to check for updates when the gap-fill process is complete.

To view a Technopedia report:

In Flexera One, click Technopedia.

The Technopedia landing page shows the Hardware report by default.

Click the tab for the report you want to view.

Tip:Report data can be sorted by any column within the report by clicking on that column’s heading.

To view of applicable details, right-click on a table row, select Drill through, and then select the name of the detail view. The detail view also lists the information about the vendor.

The available detail views depend on the report you are viewing. For example, the Hardware report includes detail views for hardware products and hardware models while the Software report includes detail views for software products and software releases.

The types of detail views include:

Product List view—Displays product details for software releases or hardware models, along with information of lifecycle dates.

Model view—Displays model details and lifecycle details for hardware models.

•

Release view—Displays release details and lifecycle details for software releases.

•

All detail views include vendor information for the selected product, release, or model.

Tip:To return to the parent report for the detail view, click the Left Arrow icon at the top of the detail view.
