New Group Management page provides improved user experience

Note:This feature is available with Administration.

We are pleased to announce the new Administration Group Management page (Administration >Identity Management > Group Management) that offers improved user experience. Prior to the release, this page existed under Administration > Identity Management > Groups. Flexera One users with roles Administer organization and Manage organization roles (commonly referred to as Org owners).

The Group Management page provides the following benefits:

New Accordion Component—A new accordion component is being used in the Group Management Roles tab. By default, the accordions are expanded so all roles are visible to the user but can be minimized as desired.
Collapsible Role Groups—Users can collapse role groups to save screen real estate and focus on role assignment for specific capabilities.
Roles Tab Updated with Accordion Component—The Roles tab within the User Management page (under Administration > Identity Management > User Management) is also updated to use the new accordion component for a consistency across the Identity Management section in Flexera One.
Multi-Selection for Adding/Removing Users from Groups—Users are now added and removed from a group using multi-selection within a table. This adheres to our consistent look and feel in Flexera One.
