Editing Roles

Roles are either system-defined or user-defined. A system-defined role, Super Administrator, includes all permissions. System-defined roles cannot be edited; users assigned a role with the View and Manage Roles permission can view, add, and edit user-defined roles in their own context.

To edit an existing role:

1. From the Admin tab, under Roles, click Roles.
2. In the Roles table, click a role name to open the Edit Role page.
3. Edit the values of any of the editable fields. At least one permission must be assigned to a role.
4. Click Save.
