Workflow Manager 6.0 / AdminStudio Enterprise Server 11.5
When you first login to Workflow Manager, you will be taken to your Home page. This page provides access to many of the commonly used features of Workflow Manager. It also includes customizable lists, which allow you to quickly jump to any area of the product that you use frequently. Access the Home page at any time by clicking the Workflow Manager tab.
The links and lists which appear on the Home page vary according to your permissions, and whether you are a workflow administrator or consumer. The Home page is organized into the following functional areas:

A list of workflow assignments. If you are a workflow administrator belonging to non-administrative roles, you will only see workflow requests assigned to you. Otherwise, you will be able to choose an option from the menu which appears when you click the arrow icon in the heading:

Actions Menu
The following links may be available in the Actions menu of the Home page. The links displayed depend both on whether you are a workflow consumer or administrator, and on the roles you belong to.

Opens the Working Queue View page, where you may view a list of workflow requests assigned to at least one person. See Working Queue View Page for details. |

Administration Menu
The following links may be available in the Administration menu of the workflow administrator Home page. The links displayed depend on the roles you belong to.

Calendar Settings |
Opens the Calendar Settings Administration page, where you specify the calendar settings to use when reporting on the SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance of workflow requests. See Modifying Default SLA Calendar Settings for more information |
Companies |
Opens the Company/Business Unit Administration page, where you can review and update company information. See Company/Business Unit Administration Page for details. |
Deployment Sites |
Click to access the Deployment Site Administration Page, where you can view and edit existing deployment sites, add new deployment sites, and set deployment site status. |
Email Settings |
Opens the Email Settings Administration page, where you may specify default email notification settings for new projects. See Setting Email Notification Defaults for All New Projects for more information. |
Project Permissions |
Opens the Project Permissions and Notification Settings page, where you may update the specific rights of roles assigned to a given project, and also override default notification settings. See Setting Email Notification Defaults for New Workflow Requests for details. |
Projects |
Opens the Project Administration page, where you may review and update details of projects. See Project Administration Page for more information. |
Templates |
Opens the Template Administration page, where you can review and update the set of workflow request templates. See Creating a New Template for more information. |
Workflow Status |
Opens the Workflow Status Administration page. A workflow status is a property of a workflow which may be useful for filtering requests in reports and listings. By default, workflows may be either Active or Inactive, but you may add customized status values. See Managing Workflow Status Values for more information. |
Terminology |
Click to access the Terminology Customization Page, where you can customize Workflow Manager terminology. |
