Creating Connections for Import and Export

The instruction sets, here, set up bi-directional data flow between ServiceNow and Flexera One IT Visibility. As a result, data will flow in both directions—from ServiceNow to Flexera One and from Flexera One back into ServiceNow. If you are looking to have data flowing in both directions, complete all the steps in the instruction sets in this section. If you are looking for a one-way pull, then only complete the steps in the instruction sets specific to importing or exporting data.
