Subscribing to a Custom Report

Note: If you have already been upgraded to Technology Intelligence Platform, information in this section is applicable to you. With Technology Intelligence Platform, out-of-the-box IT Visibility dashboards are being replaced with new, enhanced IT Visibility Technology Intelligence Platform reports.

Important:Users with the Manage custom reports role can grant the Viewer or Editor access level to other users in their organization to access the custom reports. To understand how to grant access to custom reports, see Sharing a Custom Report.

If you have the Viewer or Editor access level to a custom report, you can create a private subscription for yourself to receive the report via email at a set frequency. For information, see Creating a Private Report Subscription.

If you have the Manage custom reports role, you can also create a shared subscription, enabling other users to receive the report via email at a set frequency, in addition to creating your own private subscription. For information, see Creating a Shared Report Subscription.
