All SaaS Licenses
The All SaaS Licenses page lists all active SaaS licenses, based on renewal date, for all SaaS products across your organization. For details on entering SaaS license information, see Managing SaaS Licenses .
To access the All SaaS Licenses page, go to the SaaS menu and select All SaaS Licenses.

Upcoming Renewals |
This graph defaults to show all contracts with end dates over the next 365 days. These licenses appear in a timeline that highlights the end date and the relative value of each license. Each circle coincides with a contract and will vary in size based on its relative annual spend. Licenses that do not have an end date will appear in the contract listings, but they will not display in the graph at the top of your screen. Manipulate the graph by hovering over the tools on the right side of the graph: download plot as a png, zoom, pan, box select, zoom in, zoom out, autoscale, and reset axes. |
Show Inactive |
Move this button to the right to display licenses that have either expired or have been marked as inactive. |
Export CSV |
Exports a listing of All SaaS Licenses that can be further analyzed in tools such as Microsoft Excel. For SaaS applications with multiple licenses, such as Microsoft 365 and Salesforce, the exported CSV file lists each license as a separate line item in the License Name column. The license’s corresponding Annual Cost and # of Users Allowed column information displays in the same row as the License Name information. |

Application Name |
After Adding an Application, the prestored application name from the SaaS Management Managed SaaS Applications is populated. |

License Name |
This name matches the License Name in the License Details tab. The source for the license name is either the:
If you are manually entering multiple license types per application, this field can be used for identifying a particular license type (Example: Office 365 (Plan E3) versus Office 365 (Plan E5)). |

Annual Spend |
This is the application’s annual license cost. For applications with licenses that span over an 18-month, two-year, or three-year period, the annual spend is prorated. The Annual Spend amount matches the total amount from each term entered in the application’s Licenses Tab . |

Licenses Allowed |
This is the # of Items Allowed entered in the application’s License Details tab. In the case where there is at least one unlimited license term, then the license count summary is “unlimited”. Important:When calculating potential savings based on license type for license differentiation, enter a number in the # of Items Allowed field. For details, see Entering License Details for License Differentiation. |

End Date |
This is the Ending Date entered in the application’s License Details tab. Only one end date is displayed in this column. For applications with multiple licenses and renewal dates, the renewal date that is the soonest end date among the license terms is displayed. |

Status |
This column refers to the license’s status.
