Overview

Software Asset Management (SAM) allows you to decrease the risk of audits and drives great financial savings on licenses (see the SAM Optimization Hub), but relies on complex information and processes.

To get the full value of SAM, you need to first answer the simple but hard to answer question: Can I trust my SAM data? Have all needed actions been performed? and so on.

The goal of the SAM Operations Hub is to provide transparency on how well the SAM process is performing. It does this by surfacing KPI results and trend data, providing links to detailed reports and advising on what actions are needed to ensure the SAM process is being run efficiently.

Navigating to the SAM Operations Hub

The SAM Operations Hub is accessible by navigating to SAM Operations Hub (Dashboards > SAM Operations Hub).

Note: The SAM Operations Hub is accessible to all users. However, KPI results and trend data is natively restricted to what the user is authorised to see.
