Workflow Manager 2014
Like the workflow consumer Workflow Progress page, the Workflow Progress page for administrators is also used to track the progress of a workflow request and complete workflow steps. When you open this page, the Workflow Progress tab is selected by default.
Use the various tabs of this page to perform the following tasks:

Monitor the progress of the request. |

Review and update the general properties of the workflow, and copy the workflow if desired. |

Associate workflow requests with other workflow requests, or review existing associations. |

View the workflow request’s deployment workflow. |

Raise or respond to an issue related to the request. |

Review documentation uploaded while completing the workflow request. |
|
Access documents that are stored in the Workflow Manager database, and upload documents to store in the database. |
Note: You can restrict an account’s access to each of these tabs by modifying role permissions. See Viewing or Changing an Existing Role and Workflow Manager Permissions.

Project Summary |
Displays the Project Summary page for the project associated with the current workflow request. See Project Summary Page for further details. |
View Policy Documents |
Opens a page to view all central documents associated with the workflow request’s project, including contracts, company policies regarding completion of the workflow request, and so on. Submit Workflow Request page, so you may create a new workflow request. See View Policy Documents Page for further details. |
View Workflow Report |
Opens the Workflow Report, summarizing the state of the workflow request. See Workflow Report for more information. |
View Assignments |
Opens the Assignments page, listing all workflow phases which you are assigned to. See Assignments Page for more information. |
Edit Status Comments |
Opens the Edit Status Comment dialog, where you enter comments to document the workflow. The text entered here also appears in the Comment field of the Properties tab on the administrator Workflow Progress page. See Edit Status Comment Dialog Box for details. |
Assign Work |
Opens the Assignment Details dialog box, allowing you to make work assignments for this workflow request. See Assignment Details Page for more information. |
Override Notifications |
Opens the Workflow Request Notifications Override page, allowing you to customize the notifications sent out as phases of this workflow are completed. See Workflow Request Notifications Override Page for details. By default, the workflow request will take its notification settings from the associated project. |
Start/Stop Clock button |
Click to stop (or resume) the monitoring of elapsed time for the current workflow step. If work on a workflow request was interrupted, you might want to stop the SLA clock to prevent that request from being inaccurately listed in SLA reports as At Risk or Late. When the Stop Clock button is clicked, its name changes to Start Clock, and the date and time that the clock was stopped is listed. Click the Start Clock button to resume monitoring elapsed time. |
