Workflow Consumer Home Page

Workflow Manager 6.5 / AdminStudio Enterprise Server 11.5

When workflow consumers login to Workflow Manager, they are taken to the workflow consumer Home page. This page provides quick access to creating workflow requests and viewing existing workflow requests and assigned issues. Workflow consumers can access the Home page at any time by clicking the Workflow Manager tab or by clicking My Home in the accordion menu.

The Workflow Consumer Home page is organized into the following functional areas:

Accordion menu

Menu on the left side with a list of common tasks which workflow consumers may want to perform.

Search by Name or WR field

Use this page to quickly locate a workflow request by name or number. See Searching for Workflow Requests for more information.

Issues panel

A list of issues. The list of issues changes depending on the option you choose from the menu which appears when you click the arrow icon in the heading:

This options menu includes the following selections:

All Issues Assigned to Me (all issues for which you are the owner)
All Open Issues (all open issues)
Recently Created Issues (open issues created recently)
Recently Created Critical Issues (open, Critical issues, created recently)
Recently Closed Issues (all issues which were recently closed)
Recently Responded Issues (all issues, regardless of status, which were recently responded to).

Submit a New Workflow Request panel

Use this panel to quickly submit a workflow request. See Submitting a Workflow Request from the Home Page (Consumers) for details.

My Workflow Requests panel

A list of workflow requests that the workflow consumer has submitted.

The following commands are available in the Accordion menu of the Workflow Consumer Home page.

Workflow Request

Create New Workflow Request

Opens the Submit Workflow Request page, where you may create a new workflow request. See Submitting a Workflow Request Using the Submit Workflow Request Page for more information.

Copy Workflow Request

Click to copy an existing workflow request. See Copy a Workflow Request Page for more information.

View Workflow Requests

Click to view a list of submitted workflow request on the All Workflows(s)/Workflow Search Page.

View Issues

All Open Issues

Opens the All Open Issues page. See Issues List Pages for more information.

Recently Created Issues

Opens the Recently Created Issues page. See Issues List Pages for more information.

Recently Created Critical Issues

Opens the Recently Closed Issues page. See Issues List Pages for more information.

Recently Responded Issues

Opens the Recently Responded Issues page. See Issues List Pages for more information.

Report Center

View Existing Reports

Opens the All Reports Page, where you can view System Reports (Projects Report and Workflow Requests Summary Report), and where you can click Add to create a new report.

Add New Report

Opens the Select Report Type Panel of the Reports Wizard, where you are prompted to create a Custom Report, Activity Report, or Custom SQL Query Report.

My Notifications

Default Project Notifications

Opens the My Default Project Notifications Page page.

Workflow Notifications

Opens the My Workflow Notifications Page page.
