Cautions About Using the Flexera One ServiceNow App
Please observe the following cautionary notes regarding the Flexera One integration with ServiceNow provided as part of this app:
Caution Regarding Use of Flexera Staging Tables in ServiceNow
Flexera provides staging tables in ServiceNow that are used for intermediate processing and are not advisable for customers to use. Flexera can change such tables at any time by renaming tables, adding or removing columns, or even dropping a table completely.
Caution Regarding Enhanced IT Visibility Export Requirements
The Flexera One integration requires updates to customers’ environments to leverage the enhanced IT Visibility export functionality (delivered in June 2023). Please contact Flexera support or your Flexera account representative about switching over if you’re interested in doing so. Running the Flexera One ServiceNow app without switching to the enhanced export functionality can cause a mismatch between data sets in some cases.
