Azure adjustment credits (Beta Release)

Note:This beta feature is available with Cloud Cost Optimization and is not available to all customers yet. If you would like the Adjustment Credits beta feature enabled in the user interface, contact Flexera Support. For more information, see Contacting Flexera Support.

You can now view your adjustment credits in Cloud Cost Optimization to better understand your cloud usage and spend. This feature enables you to access information related to adjustment credits, such as bill corrections, promotional credits, Reserved Instance (RI) exchange credits, and so on. This data is sourced from the Azure Balances API. For more information, see Microsoft’s documentation on Azure Balances API.

You can view the adjustment data categorized under AdjustmentCredit in the cloud dashboards (Dashboards > Cloud) and Tabular View (Cloud > Cost Optimization > Tabular View). The AdjustmentCredit references the value from one of the following dimensions:

Usage Type

•

Resource Type

•

Meter Category.

Important:The Credit Description dimension provides a detailed description of the adjustment. This description is not available to all customers. To view the credit description, contact Flexera Support. For more information, see Contacting Flexera Support.
