New labels for analyzing Kubernetes costs

The Kubecost Flexera Exporter tool has been enhanced to generate additional labels that capture cluster and namespace names. These labels are ingested alongside existing Kubernetes resource labels. With these new labels, you can define tag dimensions based on familiar Kubernetes terms like cluster and namespace, making cost analysis more intuitive.
