New user roles added for Flexera One SaaS Mangement

Note:This enhancement is available with Flexera One SaaS Management.

Three new roles are now available for Flexera One SaaS Management. The addition of these roles enables enhanced control of the access you can grant to Flexera One SaaS Management users, according to their function in your organization.

The following roles have been added:

Administer SaaS

•

Manage SaaS integrations & imports

•

View SaaS

Important:If you assign these roles to users in User Management (Administration > Identity Management > User Management), do not assign the same roles in the Users page in Flexera One SaaS Management Settings (Administration > Flexera One SaaS Management Settings > Users).
