New navigation—Reports can now be accessed in the following two ways, streamlining user experience:
Dashboards > Technology Intelligence Reports > report type
IT Visibility > Technology Intelligence Reports > report type

where report type is one of the following: Hardware, Software, Governance & Risk, Procurement, Security, Custom Reports, and All TI Reports. The Dashboards page opens, displaying the reports grouped by type under their respective tabs.

Previously, reports could be accessed on the All Reports page (Dashboards > All Reports and IT Visibility > Reports).

New report groupings—Reports are now grouped under the following types for better organization:
Hardware—These reports focus on hardware inventory, lifecycle insights, inventory and lifecycle trends, procurement planning, VM and host relationships, and sustainability insights. Hardware reports aim to prevent obsolescence and identify sprawl, enabling effective resource management.
Software—These reports focus on software inventory, lifecycle trends, vulnerabilities, lifecycle risks, and procurement planning. Software reports ensure compliance and enhance security by addressing outdated versions and identifying sprawl for efficient software management.
Governance & Risk—These reports help IT teams address lifecycle risks, ensure compliance, and manage vulnerabilities by providing insights into hardware, software, and operating systems. Governance and Risk reports support better decision-making and help mitigate risks.
Procurement—These reports optimize hardware and software purchasing by highlighting lifecycle stages, end of life, end of sale, and obsolescence risks. Procurement reports help organizations avoid unsupported assets, and ensure timely upgrades.
Security—These reports empower organizations to proactively manage risks by identifying and addressing software vulnerabilities while providing insights into threat exposures and lifecycle risks. Security reports help organizations safeguard critical systems against evolving cybersecurity challenges.
Custom Reports—Custom reports are reports that you create with the data to which you have access to. For more information, see Working With Custom Reports.
All TI Reports—This report type lists all the Technology Intelligence Platform reports.
